Actual expenses reasonably and
necessarily incurred such as, air fare, rental cars, lodging, long
distance telephone charges, professional support requirements,
etc. are additional to the consulting fee and will be billed to
the client at cost. |
TERMS:
Billed monthly and
payable within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.
New accounts shall be initiated with an advance payment of $2,500.00.
All travel expenses
shall be paid in advance.
Fees for depositions
and court testimony shall be paid in advance based on the anticipated
length of the examination. Balances due, shall be paid within ten days
of the deposition.
Payments shall be
made to Dredging Specialists, a proprietorship, Federal I.D. number
